Questions, bugs and feature requests

Open an issue at github.com/KarthikSubramanian07/Platypus/issues. Tell us what you tried, what you expected, and what happened. For a booking problem, include the booking's short code (for example SAL-4K2) and never a phone number. We read every issue and reply in the thread, usually within a day during the event week.

Business owners

If Platypus called your business and you don't want to hear from us again, say "don't call again" on the call, or reply STOP to any text. Either one takes effect immediately, before any AI model sees the message. You can also open an issue asking us to remove your number, and we will mark it do-not-call. Today Platypus only calls and texts numbers on an explicit allowlist of the team's own phones, so it should not have contacted you at all; if it did, please tell us.

Agent developers and partners

To connect an AI agent, start with the developer guide. For partnership, pilot or press conversations, open an issue titled "Partnership" and we will move to a private channel.

Security

If you find a security problem, do not post the details publicly. Open an issue titled "Security contact" with no technical details, and we will reply with a private way to send them.
